We require 100% payment before your booking dates, which means if you have not transferred your money into our account 7 days before your booking we will require a cash deposit or cash payment. If this is not done we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notification.

Tree of Life can only quote according to the information provided by the client, please make sure you are clear when making a booking with us to avoid disappointment in getting the wrong package.

Please note if your booking is more that 80 people we will need to hire chairs and tables for lunch, therefore, there will be a hiring charge incurred and added to your invoice.

Should you want soft drinks with lunch there is an additional charge of $1.00 per person.
